The current climate and ongoing threat to Diversity, Equity and Human Rights is concerning for so many people. Seeing rights being rolled back and advancements hard fought and won being threatened by political special interest groups is something that needs to be challenged.

ABOUT ME
I am a parent of two teenagers. I have lived in Waterloo Region for over 25 years, and have run a business in this region during that time. I returned to school as a mature student and completed several degrees in the area of social development / social justice and social work, and have volunteered in many capacities over the years. I identify as Metis and Settler and I grew up spending my summers in the middle of the 30,000 islands of Georgian Bay.
